Duties:
Assess and respond to product-specific complaints
Analyze causes (FMEA, Ishikawa)
Compile complaint reports
Respond to doctor and patient inquiries
Be the contact for internal and external medical inquiries about
the products
Shape the processes within the framework of complaint
management
Participate in strategic projects within the framework of corporate
development
Qualifications:'
An university degree with a focus on medicine or eye care
professional with clinical experience
Extensive expertise and experience in the field of eye care
Experience in dealing with customers
Team and social skills
Ability to work across disciplines
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in dealing with databases
Business fluent written and spoken English; French preferred
Willingness to travel internationally.
